Cassandra was raised in Philadelphia with 12 siblings. As a child, Cassandra aspired of being a Counselor for Battered Women and Children. Never in a million years did she think she’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Cassandra was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you must work for it. So that’s what she did. And she worked hard. As the years went by, Cassandra worked her way from Tele-Marketing to Serving in the United States Army, never wavering in her resolve to become the best version of herself with each career move. Cassandra got into the real estate industry 19 years ago when she retired, after serving for 20 plus years in the U.S. Army. You see her last assignment was in the Recruiting area for 6 years. Two of those years she trained new recruiters in Georgia, Alabama & Tennessee. During this time, she realized this was close to her earlier aspirations in life of helping people as a counselor. She began her new quest for her next career to continue helping others and was led toward Real Estate. She could continue helping others and feel rewarded at the same time. She set out to “Place smiles on faces one home at a time” by helping as many families as she could to purchase, sell and invest in home ownership as possible. As her career advanced, Cassandra found her stride working with Military & Contract Civilian Relocation. Relocating people into the Fort Bragg, Pope AFB & Simmons Army Airfield, which are U.S. Army & Air Force Bases located near Fayetteville NC. She is an expert in Listing and Selling homes that didn’t sell the first time. First Time home buyers and Investment entrepreneurs. Her military background of 15yrs in Communications, 6 years in Army Recruiting/Training Coupled with her advanced education in Real Estate Sales and Marketing set her apart as a leader among leaders in the real-estate industry. Throughout her career, Cassandra has earned numerous accolades, including: Graduate Real Estate Institute, Accredited Buyer’s Specialist, Strategic Pricing Specialist, Short Sale & Foreclosure Representative Multi-Million Dollar Sales Awards Year over Year Works in Cumberland County Precinct Elections Graduate of Fayetteville Technical Community College Business Degree Program Cassandra lives and works in Fayetteville North Carolina and surrounding counties. She is the proud mother of two wonderful children Tajh and Tenisha. She currently has one handsomely smart grandson Jeremiah and a grand pup named King Tut. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her World Ventures Travel Club, attending her local church, watching movies, listening to music, planting flowers and shopping.
